A family business built around surimi.

Our first customers were leading Japanese seafood manufacturers. They worked alongside our team, sharing their knowledge of surimi production and teaching us to pay attention to the details, keep improving and do what we said we would do.

That relationship continues today. Our teams visit each other several times a year, working together to improve quality and yield and understand what people want to eat as tastes and habits change.

Over the past decade, we expanded into finished seafood products through Starfoods Industries. At the same facility, we use our own surimi to develop Thai and Asian-inspired products with quality local ingredients.

We start with what we would feel good about eating and sharing with our own families. That guides our choices: real ingredients, natural colours, and close attention to cleanliness and consistency in production. Our cheese fillings, for example, combine real cheese with mashed potato.

Today, our products are supplied to restaurant groups and distributors in Thailand, and reach the United States through leading distributors and Asian supermarkets on both coasts.

Making finished products ourselves also deepens our understanding of surimi. We see how different grades behave during mixing, forming and cooking, and use that experience to help customers choose a raw material or develop a product.
